Supplier qualification status
Supplier qualification status and gap matrix
Every permit, certificate and quality process relevant to a supplier evaluation is listed below with one of four statuses — held, applied for, not applicable or not claimed — together with the authority that would issue it and the date the entry was last confirmed. Nothing on this site implies a status through design, styling or a badge.
This reference page is published in English, which is the governing version. It records corporate, evidentiary and regulatory statements whose precision matters more than their reach, so it is not machine-translated. Native Turkish and Japanese versions are in preparation with counsel; where a translation is later published, the English text prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Held — in force and evidenced. Applied for — an application or review has been started and the outcome is pending. Not applicable — the requirement does not arise from what UAX does today. Not claimed — UAX makes no assertion either way and holds nothing.
Some rows below use plain-language operational statuses rather than a certificate state: Company statement — a fact asserted by UAX and independently checkable only through the verification pathway; Assigned — an internal responsibility that has an owner; In preparation / Not complete — work that has begun but is not finished and is not claimed as done. None of these is a held certificate.
What the supplier qualification packet contains
The packet is available for immediate download, without verification or an NDA. It sets out the four domain lines at capability level, this status matrix, the traceability and sample-identification practice used in preparation work, the internal owner of export classification, and the contact route for a non-sensitive request for information.
It contains no performance figures, no protection levels, no geometries, no formulations and no test data. Those are released only through the verification sequence on the engagement page, and an official email address does not substitute for it.

How this page changes
Each row has a single internal owner and a confirmation date. A status changes only when the underlying document changes — when a certificate is granted, an application is lodged, or a requirement stops applying. A status is never upgraded on the strength of a meeting, an introduction, an exchanged business card or a pending decision.
If a row below is wrong, the fastest correction route is the engagement desk. UAX would rather be told than discovered.
