Terms of use
These terms govern your use of uax.com.tr. The single most important point is stated first: everything published on this site is capability-level information, and nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, a performance claim, or an invitation to invest.
These notices are published in English, which is the governing version. Turkish and Japanese translations are in preparation with counsel; where a translation is later published, the English text prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
Nature of the information published here
All public content on this site is presented at capability level. It describes the direction and framing of UAX's work. It does not publish performance figures, geometries, formulations, manufacturing parameters, integration methods, test results, readiness levels or qualification status.
Portfolio names such as SENTINEL, BULWARK, PRAETOR, TALON, VITRAGAMI, TRITON, CITADEL, VAULT and FORGE are internal labels that describe mission framing. Their appearance on this site is not a statement that a product exists in fielded, qualified or deliverable form.
Where this site summarises published science, it does so as context drawn from public literature and agency sources. Such context is never a claim about UAX's own results, and is never a claim of validation, flight heritage, certification or endorsement.
No offer, no solicitation, no advice
Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, inducement or recommendation to buy or sell any security, to make any investment, or to enter into any transaction. Nothing on it guarantees any outcome, return, or level of performance.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, regulatory, export-control or investment advice. References to Turkish, Japanese and international legal frameworks are general context assembled from public sources; they may be incomplete or out of date and must be confirmed with qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
Any engagement with UAX is limited to qualified, professional or institutional counterparties and proceeds only through the controlled engagement pathway.
Contacting UAX creates no relationship
Contacting UAX, requesting access, or receiving an acknowledgement creates no commercial, procurement, governmental, employment or partnership relationship, and grants no right of access to any restricted material.
UAX may decline any request without giving reasons and without disclosing its internal security criteria. Technical or commercial commitments arise only under a signed written agreement.
No affiliation or endorsement
References on this site to public bodies, programmes and frameworks — including but not limited to JETRO, METI, ATLA, JAXA, NASA, NATO, SSB, MSB, TÜBİTAK and any university or technology-development zone — are for process and market-readiness context only.
They do not indicate partnership, membership, registration, accreditation, approval, endorsement, procurement status or active dialogue with any of those bodies, and no third-party name or logo is used on this site as a partner mark.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, diagrams, illustrations and marks on this site are the property of UAX or are used with permission. You may read, print and quote from this site for legitimate business evaluation with attribution. You may not reproduce it as your own, present it as a third party's material, or use it to imply a relationship that does not exist.
Availability and liability
This site is provided as it stands. UAX takes reasonable care over its accuracy but gives no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UAX is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this public site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights available to you in your own place of residence.
