For you
For ministries, agencies and prime contractors
A supplier evaluation starts by establishing what a company actually holds. UAX therefore publishes a dated status line for every permit, certificate and quality process — marked held, applied for, not applicable or not claimed — instead of implying readiness through design.
The public-safe offer
The capability-fit and supplier-qualification packet sets out the four domain lines at capability level, the status matrix with dates and issuing authorities, the named owner of export classification, and the contact route for a non-sensitive request for information. It contains no performance figures, no geometries and no test data.

Institutional webmail often ignores mailto: links. These two buttons exist so a corporate or government mailbox is never a dead end.
We aim to acknowledge enquiries within three (3) Türkiye business days. Acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it grants no access and creates no relationship.
Is this actually relevant to you?
- You are scanning for materials capability at concept or technology-maturation stage, not sourcing a qualified part against a specification.
- Your process can accommodate a supplier whose security certification is a future requirement rather than a present credential.
- A first exchange that stays entirely non-sensitive — organisation, role, interest category and general end use — is useful to you.
What you can check today, without asking us
What stays gated, and why
Conceptual parameters, performance thresholds, geometries and integration methods are released only after identity and authority verification, need-to-know assessment, a mutual NDA and export-control screening. UAX applies that sequence to every counterparty, including government ones, and does not treat a request from an official address as a substitute for it.
Your next step
Send a non-sensitive RFI. It should say who you are, what category of capability you are scanning for, and the general end use — nothing more. A qualified technical review, if both sides want one, follows verification.
